  • Generic

    I’ll pretend to be to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals…but I do the same thing for everyone.

  • Gaslighting

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll build you up for now, but not give you actual new advice you can’t read on the internet. Then I’ll blame you for not being committed enough when it doesn’t work.

  • Green

    Not green as in environmentally friendly, but as in money. You’ll be spending a lot on me, protein shakes, and aromatherapy.
